I added a new Iphone device to my Hub, It does not function with the associated rules. The device shows a house with a slash through it. Can someone tell me what that means and how do i correct it? Thank You
The icon is not the problem. That's just a representation of the current state, or at least what the hub knows, which in this case means "not present."
What feature are you trying to use that isn't working?
Without knowing more, I might try logging out of and back into the mobile app, selecting your existing (this) mobile app device to associate with your real-world device if prompted. If it's presence or notifications, make sure your OS settings allow those for the app.
Figured out the problem. The new phone did not have geo location setup.
