Newbie here migrating from vera.
Recieved HE today and getting a few devices included ok, having to set as "Generic Z-wave outlet" etc.
However, struggling to get my Horstmann ASR2-zw 2 channel device working.
It appears to have included ok and i can operate one of the two relays ("off" or "heat" are the commands available and work) but only for ONE of the two relays.
i recall on my old vera system, the two relays were "child devices" but unsure how this is implemented with HE.
What do i have to do to get both relays (zones) visible on the HE?
Making some progress but need some help, please.
i excluded and re-included the device a couple of times and eventually the "child" devices appeared.
Now, the only way i can control the two relays it to use the driver "Jasco Z-Wave Dual Outlet"
This allows control of the two independent relays using "switch-1" or "switch-2" The Z-wave command is either "thermostat Off" or "thermostat Heat" (which is effectively off or on, respectively)
Had to create an "auto refresh" task with rule machine to ensure the actual state is true in HE environment.
Any way i can modify this to get it more like a dual-channel boiler controller?
