I have a Honeywell TH83202ZW thermostat. This is very old unit (i.e. perhaps an early version, not sure)

I'm trying to determine if the issue is with the thermostat or somehow related to Hubitat. Is there any way way from the below information where the issue might lie from the below?

I've had this thermostat heat setting go low, enough so I wrote an RM rule to reset and count the issues. (Back with my C4 and many firmware versions ago) This rule has existed for over a year (see last screenshot). However this RM rule has not events recorded.
Recently I noticed the thermostat was set to 74°F. Never a setting we or scheduler will set. I believe this setting came about when the 888 °F entries were made but limited to 74 °F by a menu setting in the Tstat that limited the heat to 74 °F max.
