Honeywell Ademco 5816 Door Sensor

You did not mention that the panel and control panel were the same unit... (The vast majority of ADT Honeywell panels were Vista 20P variants... and I've never seen an ADT Lynx install myself)

That is a Lynx panel, and is not compatible with any of the integration adapters, and the installer code can not be reset.

Your best bet at this point would be to remove the unit and sensors and sell them...

And Zigbee or Z-Wave sensors can be used to replace the 5800 units...

Your lights, plugs and Alexa are mostly compatible, as is the Sonoff bridge (with a user contributed app).

Your Hunter WiFi controller has a Restfull API, so it could be made to work, but I have not seen a Hubitat application/driver for it.

Nest, at this time, is a lost cause. They shut down their cloud API and their devices do not have lock control.

Well it won't take much to remove things from the wall and doors and start from scratch on most of the items.
I knew the Nest stuff was becoming a red herring, you would think Google wouldn't care and just provide the API's. The millions of devices they have around the world! I had all of my devices before Google purchased them.
Thanks for you help.

Ok, I was able to purchase a power transformer and the system powered up. I was able to enter the 4112800 and was greeted with "20" on the display.

Now, I don't known if this thread had been exhausted or if there was more wisdom you can bestow up me or not.
