HomeSeer HS-WS200+ Switch Driver (port)

Ported to Hubitat from Homeseer's SmartThings driver (v 1.0) by semi-automatic merging from "HS-WD200+ Dimmer" driver by "codahq-hubitat"

I've gone over the code and tried to clean it up, but unfortunately it is untested as I have gave my Hubitat to a friend before I had a chance to play with it.

Most of us post a link to the github, rather than the code in a post. BTW, HS-WD200 is natively supported in HE. WD100 is not natively supported but can use a generic scene driver.

WD200+ is natively supported, WS200+ uses a generic scene driver and the single RGB LED is not controllable according to the compatible device documentation/forum posts. I attempted to link to github, but the forum is not letting me post links. Maybe it was because this is a new account, it is still giving me a
"Sorry, you can't include links in your posts." message box.
