Mine did the same thing. I restarted the integration. No luck. Restarted all my HomePods. No luck. Out of desperation I turned my phone off, left it off about 30 seconds, turned it back on and everything was back to working as normal except for the two devices I always have trouble with.
I am sure you probably have already tried that but it just goes to show it can be numerous things.
Yeah, Ive tried that a couple of times. Unfortunately, nothing.
It’s mostly likely a device misbehaving or the config of a device on your network. I can consistently reproduce this issue on my own network by enabling “DHCP Offer Broadcast to Unicast” or “Arp proxy” on my access point and it takes a few days to show up after enabling either feature (fun).
If you have multipule vlans, make sure you can see the mdns broadcasts across them.
These are some Apple recommendations, i find they can also fix homekit and thread issues when followed.
No vlans, and nothing has changed on my router.
