So once in a while my HomeKit integration (beta) stops working, showing all devices and switches as ‘not responding’ in HomeKit. And always it seems the case that this happens when a update is available. Updating always fixes it. Is there any explanation for this behavior, or is it a bug (or feature for notifying there is an update available;) )?
Although the cause for the no response issue is unclear, for me a hub reboot always clears up the problem.
I suspect the “update available” is a coincidence but I will obviously be watching for it
Mine always seems to go offline after I apply the update and I have to reboot the hub a second time to get it working again.
