HomeKit Integration, Error 500, “Something went wrong”

I somehow missed that my Hubitat Elevation now has HomeKit integration support natively. I've been using a HomeBridge plugin to get my Hubitat devices into Apple Home for years, but I would like to skip that.

However, when I click on the HomeKit Integration under "Apps", I just get:

Error 500
Something went wrong
If you are seeing this screen repeatedly, please visit support dot hubitat dot com.

I tried a soft reset (restart with the restore database option), and it had no effect.

Could the HomeBridge plugin be affecting it?

Platform Version: 2.4.2.134
Hardware Version: C-7

My C7 says the homekit itegration is for C8 Pro.

There is possibly some confusion here. There are two separate "homekit" integrations with distinct purposes.

  1. HomeKit bridge - this links Hubitat devices to Apple Home, and permits them to be controlled via the Apple Home app. This is the equivalent of HomeBridge that @iTim314 was referring to. HomeKit bridge is compatible with ALL Hubitat hubs.

  2. HomeKit Controller - this permits Homekit devices to be paired directly with Hubitat, and controlled directly using Hubitat. This integration is limited to the C-8 Pro.

Correct. I am interested in the HomeKit Bridge.

I just updated to 2.4.2.138 and am still getting the same error. Any advice?
