HomeKit bridge on Hubitat is showing ‘Accessory Already in Another Home’ and all resets have failed. Can I reset the HomeKit bridge UUID on the hub manually from your end

The reset on the Hubitat integration fails with an error? Or you mean you did the reset and still are getting the error trying to add it to Apple Home?

Personally, I would make note of the PIN, then do the Reset QR and pairing code.
Then reboot the hub and see if the PIN has changed. Once PIN has changed it is totally reset, there is nothing linked to your hub UUID as far as I know.

You could also try the above but also delete the app from Hubitat after the QR reset, reboot, then reinstall the app.
