Ok I have everything on my Hubitat but my MyQ garage door. I use Maker API and it pushes everything from Hubitat into my HomeKit through Homebridge. I have the MyQ bridge which adds MyQ into HomeKit. Is there a way to push the HomeKit item into Hubitat from Homebridge?

I am not aware of a way to move HomeKit-only items into Hubitat. However, there is a MyQ integration for Hubitat developed by the community. You can find it via HPM.

For some items, you can use virtual devices exposed to HomeBridge and HomeKit automations to mirror a HomeKit device’s status in a virtual Hubitat device, which can then be used to trigger a Hubitat automation.
