I can't seem to find any information on these motorization kits Amazon.com: Home Decorators Collection Cellular Shade Motorization Kit : Home & Kitchen, anyone know if these use Z-wave, ZigBee?

HomeDepot says Bluetooth.

I own them - are bluetooth. The app is terrible so no scheduling, but still serve their primary purpose of remotely controlling shades that otherwise are hard to reach.
