Hex color values appear to be incorrect

@bcopeland - not sure if you are the right person for this, but it seems like the hex color commands are not getting converted to HSL correctly.

when I use setColor {“hex”:”800080”} into an generic zigbee RGBW light, I get a hue of 63 and I think it should be 83. The mapping from hex to HSL is giving the wrong values for some reason.
