Yeah there may be more but this guy was selling in bulk and at very reasonable prices. I picked up 10 Iris V2 motions for $45.
I just got 4 of the Orbit Iris Hose Faucet Water Timers. I've added the flood sensors to my list. I've got to keep things within the Wife Acceptance Factor. 
I hear ya, I know I have to watch it these deals come up and its like an addiction.

A good option for Kasa and Tuya is to use google home assistant relay to turn them on. This works perfectly for my needs. I have these devices controlling a monitor with my cams hooked to it as well as several lights I have in my network rack and server rack. I have another rule to turn them off after a 5 minute delay with no motion.
