Help with Type of Action

I added my harmony hub and i'm trying to add volume up, volume down and mute buttons. I created virtual buttons for my dashboard to control them. When I go to rule machine, I set my trigger for the button, but when I go to Type of Action, i'm not sure what to select at the point. For example, the Harmony hub parent has a command called VolumeUp, but i'm not sure how to add that as an action in rule machine.

Go into Custom Action then select Actuator or another capability supported by the device, then select the device and the next drop-down should have a list of the commands available for that device.
