My apologies, was late at night, really tired and brain farted over this, you were correct. After removing and reading the sensor it was there and made the basic rule for it and now it works. Just uncertain where the corruptions came in on only the motion sensors. Again sorry for inconvenience was just stressed and really tired. Thanks for the help!

No worries! We all have days like that. 
It is possible that there was a pairing issue - doesn’t happen often, but it does. In those cases, best approach is to un-pair and re-pair which is what you did - good instinct!
