That is rather unusual. If you'd like, we can take a look at your hub's engineering logs to see if we can narrow down the problem. The best place to start troubleshooting a corrupt database, is to screen past logs following the Soft Reset. You may be able to identify what has caused the corrupt database. You could have a continuous loop rule that keeps firing, so you'd continue to experience corrupted database without addressing the root cause of the problem.
