Help with database corruption

Today I have, again, a corrupt database:

This has happened 3 times in the last month. I didn't pay much attention at the beginning, but there is obviously something wrong with it.

Can someone help me to troubleshoot what is causing this? I haven't yet soft reseted the hub, is there any way to download the logs before soft reset?

Any help will be much appreciate it!

Logs will stick around after the reset, but if you want to grab the statistics:

That is rather unusual. If you'd like, we can take a look at your hub's engineering logs to see if we can narrow down the problem. The best place to start troubleshooting a corrupt database, is to screen past logs following the Soft Reset. You may be able to identify what has caused the corrupt database. You could have a continuous loop rule that keeps firing, so you'd continue to experience corrupted database without addressing the root cause of the problem. Please send me a private message if you need further assistance.
