Help understanding zigbee device graph

Is there any way for me to track down these unknown devices?

Also I don’t understand why the back door dimmer is connected to the hub but the kitchen switches are going through the repeater. The back door dimmer is right next to the repeater and the kitchen switches are further away from it.

If you've removed a device and set it aside (or, possibly, re-installed it again) it may not have been completely removed. I've just had this occur with a Hue outdoor motion sensor after deleting the device in HE and put it in a drawer. Eventually something clicked, and I removed the batteries from the "idle" sensor. I also shut down HE hub and unplugged it for a spell, and the ghost device was no more. Can't say whether the hub shutdown was instrumental or necessary, but it doesn't hurt to give it that nudge.

From my experience, they can be hard to remove.
The best, and easiest, way could be just to ignore them, and they will probably go away in time.
Or, you could do stuff like rebuild the zigbee network followed by a Save and/or shutdown/power cycle.
Maybe that would work.
