Help please with thei Room Lighting Instance

I have been working with this for a while now, and I can't seem to get it to work.
What I am looking to do do: Office light comes on with motion , turns off 7 minutes after motion stops EXCEPT Mon - Fri 0700-1530, when I just want the light to be on.
What Im getting is no motion activation, and the light OFF Mon- Fri 0700-1530 unless I go inthe rule and click activate (every day ), then it wil come on, shut off at 1530 and no motion activation after that.
