This is my process to setup my hubitat and it is not finding the module:
Find my hub (ok)
Connect to hub (ok)
Find my brand
Outlet/Plug
Minoston
MP21Z
Add
Press fast 3x on module
Start inclusion
Time out - does not find
Module about 30 inches from hub
If I start inclusion then add, its the same time out
I am a novice - using PC ok
Prefer not to use cell phone
What is the correct method and how to exclude a module and or set up a module if different from above

If you're having problems with including your Minoston MP21Z Z-Wave device, it's best to check to see if your Hubitat hub has any ghosts.
Then, if that's all clear, try to do an exclusion, prior to trying an inclusion for your Z-Wave device, even if it is new.
A factory reset on your Minoston Plug may also help.
That is my goto for Zwave. I just factory reset it if it doesn't pair the first time. No need to run an exclusion if the device is factory reset, all exclusion does is make the device forget the last network it was connected to, which a reset does for you already.
Since your MP21Z device supports Z-Wave Long Range, I would recommend that you take advantage of this feature by pairing it following these directions from Hubitat.
