Seems I been getting this error .. but not sure how to fix it.
I think it's related to the fact that I got a new phone. I transferred everything from the old phone to the new phone and used the swap feature in settings.
New phone app seems fine .. works ..

Hm. I don't see any Mobile App Manager in the included apps. Nor is it in HPM. I'm guessing you need to remove the old phone and add the new one, but no idea how, as I'm not aware of such an app.
Is there a reason you didn't just tell it to re-use your existing mobile app device, assuming you were replacing one phone with the other? That is typically the recommendation.
In any case, I'd start by logging out of the mobile app and logging back in. Select the mobile app device you are using now, the problematic one, if prompted (and, of course, the same hub if prompted). You could also remove and reinstall the entire app or just erase all settings for the mobile app if your OS allows, but I haven't seen either be necessary for similar problems.
Well I think I figured it out I had several disabled apps that used the old phone ID and after re-enable them and resetting them to the new phones ID and going through each and every app that used the phone for notifications I was able to fix the error I think what happens when you do a swap if the settings page .. if the app is disabled it doesn't auto swap devices in disabled apps to the new phone app.
After going through each app and resetting and making sure it's using the new phone it got rid of the error ... Seems to me that it should also change any app not just enabled ones programmers at habitat they may want to look into the that ... Thanks for the responses.
