HE Mobile App local

Been having an issue where the mobile app on iPhone says that my hubs are local and very rarely cloud, didn't use to do this, unless I wasn't paying attention. Sometimes, when I open the app, it does not populate with mode status, HSM, etc. I have tried a soft reset on the hubs, tried rebooting router and mesh network, disabled guest network on router. The hubs (C8 & C7) are both wired. Both hubs are running 2.3.9.166 app version is 2.0.3 (299).
Yesterday, I went to Settings to check for updates and received an error message that is shown below in the screen capture. Running ASUS XT8 AX6600 mesh. Ideas/suggestions
