I have installed the habitat elevation app on my iOS and Android Device as prompted. The issue I am having on iOS is my notifications don't show up. The app freezes and eventually will crash. On iOS my mode is wrong. And I am unable to see the modes. The button doesn't do anything. Everything else seems to work fine. I have rebooted The devices and updated the firmware and I am not getting past either of these issues. Any help is much appreciated.
Some of the issues you mention are known issues, some resolved in recent times, either as part of the Beta release or now part of the general release of the mobile app. I would suggest checking again if you are on the latest release of the mobile app on your phone / tablet and then look at the various topics here on the Community to check the latest status of some of the issues you are having, in particular topics that include HE staff members.
