Having problems controlling an EcoPlugs switch

I have a EcoPlugs switch and having problems accessing it in Hubitat:

I installed the "WiOn/Woods/EcoPlugs Smart Outlets 0.70" Driver. I then did the following:

  1. Reset the EcoPlugs switch
  2. I added it into the EcoPlugs App on my phone and was able to control it.
  3. Then found the MAC, IP, ECo-ID
  4. created a Device with the above driver and info from #2

Tried the on() and off() and get nothing. This is the third time I have tried to incorporate this device into Hubitat without success. I have several of these devices and have tried 3 different ones with the same results. Does someone have familiarity with this device and can give me a hint? Thanks

Who made the driver for the device?

You’re most likely to receive possible solutions to your query if you post in the thread that the author of the device driver created for that driver.
