Updated my hub today.
So when I have installed room lighting - it makes paused copies of my groups and scenes. So, I have to make a new device name of the existing group (bedroom lights) - then go into that grouped device, find the associated rules that have this group in them, then change them all to the new room group... Is that correct ?
This includes the group assocaited with dashboards and voice assistants ?
Thats alot of work changing all that - whats the benefit of rooms over groups ?

Yes, I rename the old one and tag OLD to the end to make it easier.
Bug fixes, more efficient code etc. The old stuff will continue on so no need to update / import.
I did during beta to test for others but on most things like this I just do it as and when I need to make a change then I remake in the new app.
