Gradually Dimming Up Lights After Sunset Via Voice

Hello Again All,

I am wanting to have my lights gradually Dim Up after sunset instead of turning immediately to the target brightness. I know I can do this based on rules but what about the random times they are turned-on via Google Home voice? Any Ideas?

In-wall GE Z-Wave Dimmers (Mostly).

Z-wave non-plus dimmers? Oh, yeah, you can't get them to do a gradual fade with setLevel but you can with On/Off. There is a parameter in the fan itself where you can set the number of transitions it will take when going on or off and how it will fade. But that would only be for on and off. When you set level it snaps to that level and there's no getting around that. That's the firmware.
