Google mini won't talk after upgrade - 2.2.7.128

Manually asking my google mini to say something from the device page there is an added field "Voice name" (AWS Polly voice name). Is this an optional field? I used to be able to fill in Text and Volume and click speak and it worked fine. Not so on 2.2.7.128 on my C5 hub.
