Using Google Home since I've upgraded to 9.3.8.234 I cannot get Hubitat and Google to work. Tries to go to Google app and reconnect account and get a parameter "state" must be set in the query string. DNS works, Static IP.
What did you update to this version? This is not a Hubitat platform version number, but if it's a typo and you suspect an recent upgrade caused it, you can try rolling back with the Diagnostic Tool to see if it helps.

You either have no devices selected in the GH Integration app on HE, or you have an invalid device selected with a null or blank state that is throwing it off.

Seemed to clear up when I unlinked my account on google home, rebooted the hubitat, then logged into the hubitat cloud using my account, then re-linked google home. Checked DNS and other things - nothing of error or bad devices.
