Could I have a similar issue since I started out with a different C7 hub? The first hub I ordered from Amazon. I don’t remember how far I got with it, but it had a hardware issue so I returned it and ordered one direct from Hubitat.
Just to confirm, yes definitely I have cloud connection issues. Today I just rebooted my hub and now I can’t even check to see if I have the latest update, etc. So I’m still not connected to the cloud since doing a simple reboot… and these cloud connection issues I likely had since the start. I had a Samsung router back then, and about 18 months ago replaced everything with the Google Nest AC2200 router. Then I started to use the Google home integration, and of course noticed the cloud connection issues more and more since it also temporarily breaks Google home integration.
