I have a z-wave relay acting as the on/off switch for our natural gas fireplace. I have shared this switch with google home through the google home integration for a long time and it has always allowed us to turn on and off the fireplace with our voice through a google home smart speaker.
Lately I've noticed we haven't been able to control the fireplace.
When I go into the google home built-in app in hubitat, I see the device called fireplace is unchecked. I check it, then ask google home to sync my devices and then the fireplace becomes unchecked again in the hubitat google home integration app.
Is google home somehow now not allowing me to control a device called fireplace from hubitat? I know google home doesn't natively support some types of devices for safety reasons but google really doesn't know this is a fireplace other than the name as it's just a switch on a relay....
I don't know...but just the other day my wife got a notification saying that "water" (a water valve) was removed from the google home and I certainly didn't do anything...I don't remember if it was added before (but can only assume it was?) and went in and it wasn't checked so I re-added it. And I just went and looked and it is no longer listed in the Google Home integration again.....
So it's quite possible they have a list of words they are excluding devices with.
Ok...at the top of the integration it says "If you include a device that isn't compatible with Google Home it will just be ignored and not sent to Google Home."

Can the both of you enable debugging in the gh app, then read the problem devices?
Have live logging running in another browser window before adding the devices, then post the live logs that will show me what gh doesn’t like and we should be able to fix it
the Fireplace device is advertising itself as a contact sensor and a switch, vs the downstairs fireplace is a switch only, are both of these devices using the same driver?

It's a Dome Water Shut-Off using the system driver.
