Mike,
I think that I have to eat some crow on this one.
It apparently came from the rule, not from the driver.
The rule was:
The log from the rule:
why it went to 62%, when 99% was called for, I don't know.

Depending on the driver and how the device reports with a fade time. It could be going to 99% but the only report that got sent was before the transition completed.
It seemed to stay at 62%... How long should it take to get to the requested level, minutes?
It might not ever send another report.. You may have to request a report from it.. Usually by clicking refresh in the driver.
Now this is a z-wave plus device.. Are you using GenericZwaveDimmer or GenericZwaveSmartDimmer ?
OK. I will do refresh, and then complain if it's still at 62%. I'm OK with that approach.
How long should I want for it to go to 99% seconds or minutes?
What you're saying is that it's a reporting thing, and not an actual thing.
I was using the generic zwave smart dimmer, because it had "zwave plus" on the box.
With a fade time of 1 it should be 1 second.. Assuming the device handles that properly
Fade time of 0 should be instant
Anyway, I'm sure that you're very busy on the C7 issues, so thanks for taking the time to look at my simple matter.
I know that there are some "teething" issues, but I'm confident that you guys are going to straighten it out shortly (hopefully before my C7 comes in the mail!).
