Global Variable Not Being Created, Local Variables Not Being Deleted

I'm trying to create a Global Variable (Boolean, False as initial state) and it just refreshes without creating:
global-variables

Maybe related, but I also cannot delete rule local variables:
local-variables

HE Version: 2.2.4.156

Ha, ok... for some reason my hub hadn't alerted me to the update yet. That did indeed fix the Global Variables problem, but the issue with deleting local variables still persists.

Also in 2.2.6.129 and in 2.2.6.130 I can not delete local variables (unused) in the rule machine.
