Global variable issue

I’m unable to create a global variable.

The “Create New Variable Here” plus sign is grayed out. How do I change this and make it accessible again? I believe this is posted in the wrong category. I could not find a way to change it. Thanks

It appears that you don't have any Hub Variables at all. If this is true try this:

Look at the URL in your browser for Hub Variables page, the one you showed above. It will look something like this:

http://192.168.0.162/installedapp/configure/25043/hubVar

Your hub ip address will be different, and the number after configure/ will be different. Modify that URL to this, using your IP and number:

http://192.168.0.162/installedapp/status/25043

In the lower right corner of the page that comes up, hit Remove Hub Variables, and confirm.

After that, it should work for you. Let me know if this resolves it or not.
