Global Variable "in use by" not populated

I created 2 global variables of type "time" and used them in a rule. The rule executes as intended. The "In use by" column remains blank. What am I doing wrong?

What version hub firmware? What version Rule Machine rule? Looks like a bug to me, my global variables have rule name in the “in use by” column.

It is possible that not all uses of variables handle this correctly (in Rule-4.1). Our new 2.2.8 release coming soon has Rule 5.0, and all of this is updated and should work better.
