I have changed to C8 pro and love it. No longer need the C5 hub and cant be bothered trying to sell it. So it's free for anyone in Australia to take.

Not sure what the right channel for this might be in your part of Australia but...
The future of farming/Ag is about optimizing & automating everything that possibly can be so that smaller more efficient local farms/farmers can compete.
I could see retired C5-C7s serving a role in an Automation Class at a local Trades or Ag specific education institution. Automation classroom mock-ups, real field use case experiments, greenhouse monitoring/automation testing etc.
Even if a Hubitat box might not be what is employed in their respective futures at least they will have had the experience of Controls & Monitoring that will introduce the concepts and hands-on Rule making.
