You have to set the USB stick to the correct driver in the device manager. Should just be called "UZB" I think, not sure if that is covered in the guide somewhere? Its been a long time since I read it.
yeah i thought it would be a driver issue but have not yet figured out how to get the right driver. The device manual say it will just work when plugged in. I have done this in both a Win 10 and Win 11 computer.
I did change the driver and can confirm it is using the usbser.sys file

I am really disappointed that Hubitat doesn't let users restore the network from backup (without a pay wall) but now that i own a Z-stick (Zooz) just maybe i will be able to get over it.
