That too! Although sometimes the configuration page can be messed up to the point of not being accessible. I had that happen to me once on a custom app I was writing.
As an alternative to the above, clicking the "error" rectangle should also take you to the app page (rather than the app ID label that will filter the list). But if there's no name, it's likely one that was partially installed and never finished (e.g., you began adding it but never hit "Done" to save, nor did the app do anything automatically before that).
From the error, I'm guessing this is the Hue Bridge Integration app or something that also uses network discovery (so could also be Sonos or another LAN app, but I'm not as familiar with those). If you can't get to it via any of the above, "orphaned" apps are supposed to get cleaned up at some point (don't recall the exact schedule, but I'd expect the overnight maintenance, or whenever you've configured that, at the latest), so it will probably go away on its own, but I'd post again here if not (and if you can't get there yourself to do it first--if you can, hit "Remove" there or on the app status/gear icon page, both suggested above with direct URLs).
if you can get to the apps page click on the shaded out X in the left hand corner - that will activate the "disable" column. Check the Roku app to temporarily disable and see if that solves your issue.
If you cannot get to the apps page go to the "status" link (the first link I posted) and remove the app - should be a red button at the bottom of the page on the lower right.
