I am getting java.lang.NullPointerException on an unmodified basic rule that has run correctly for a year.

Looks like you deleted one of the devices from the hub that was being used in the rule. (without removing it from the rule first)

Thanks. I mistakenly deleted the controlled switch when doing system-wide excludes to remove security from a few dozen devices and didn't notice the excluded switch name was incorrect. Someone must have pressed the switch button on this device while an exclude was running, which is all it takes for an Embrighten switch to be removed.
It was a pain getting the switch included again. I don't like GE/JASCO devices and have quit buying them.
I should have seen the null in the rule. What threw me away was that I added the devices and wrote the app a long time ago and haven't touched them since.
