Generic Zigbee Outlet has Ghost Components, need to remove em

I've got one of em generic zigbee outlets, and upon adding them they get recognized as Zemissmart Zigbee Wall Switch Multi-Gang, and it then has these component devices

Even if I change the driver to Generic ZIgbee OUtlet, these components remain, and it's quite annoying...

How do I get rid of these?

I tried removing and re-adding the device already.

Use the HE inbuilt driver named 'Device' temporarily. Click on the 'Delete All Child Devices' button, then go back to the driver that you are using.

I will add this device model/manufacturer to the Zemismart driver to be recognized as a single outlet device, so that no additional child devices are created. Unfortunately, it is not possible to fully exclude the possibility the Zemismart driver to be selected automatically during the pairing process, as most probably another Tuya device has the same inClusters in its fingerprint. But the update will not create additional devices, at least.
