GE Zigbee Switch - Manual Switch ON state not seen all the time by the hub

Enbrighten Zigbee In-Wall Smart Switch 43076
When I turn on the switch with the application, it's always working.
When I press the switch manually ON, the bulb turn on all the time, but the hub is not seeing the ON state 1 time out of 20 (Randomly), if I use the Refresh button in the device screen, the hub will then see the ON state.

The switch is 20 feet away from the hub and I already changed the switch. Anyting else I can do to make sure the hub will always see the ON state?

answer.... *You need to have a robust zigbee mesh
