GE Motion Dimmer won't auto-off

I have a GE Motion Dimmer that worked perfectly with ST. It was probably the first device I moved to HE, since it's very straightforward and handles its own automation.

For the past month, it has been refusing to auto-off. There's something that the HE driver is doing that is borking the device config. I have not changed the driver since I installed it 3 months ago.

Any ideas?

Our driver disables the auto off feature, this was intentional since from a support perspective it would lead to potential confusion as to whom is controlling the switch.
