I moved from Wink to Hubitat and am loving it. I have 2 GE smart fan control switches. One I could add to the Hubitat but the second will not be discovered. I tried factory rese, which didnt seem to work. Then I tried excluding it multiple times. that didnt work either. Any ideas?

Welcome to Hubitat community. Somehow it looks like this post was overlooked.
When you excluded, were you using the Hubitat? If you were just excluding in Wink, it might not be fully excluded.
The other thing that sometimes helps is to reboot the hub using the button in the Settings tab.
Another thing to try is to bring the hub closer to the switch and try pairing.
Lastly, be sure the Wink hub is off (if even temporarily) while you are trying to pair this switch.
