Garage Door Rule not keeping door closed after relay tripped

I am trying to use the tutorial in this video but my door goes down for 1 second and then back up.

I know in rule machine he said to set for 1 second so this is the cause, just not sure how to get this to work and shut off the relay without tripping the garage door. What am I missing?

You have both on and off in the true section. Remove the On portion in the true section and delay off by 1 second.

this is all good to just push the button to make the door move but how do you tell if it is open or closed?

you might look into the mimo2+ and tilt sensors. then you can use the garage door app.

I even used the inputs on the mimo to provide doorbell switches for manual use.

I wanted hubitat to be able to arm/disarm HSM when the garage door was opened/closed by a trusted source.. I also have a dashboard that the family uses instead of the outdoor keypad.

Ive got a tilt sensor using the smartthings multi sensor. How would I incorporate that into a rule to be sure door is shut, etc.

I don't have a tilt sensor so I'm not familiar with the attributes. But I would think you could check it's orientation or a change at least.
