Fully Kiosk NOT displaying dashboards anymore

I have the latest version of Fully Kiosk browser on an amazon firehd tablet that has been displaying hubitat dashboards for years.

Since an update a while ago (think it was something about dashboard security) they will not load anymore. They usually get stuck on loading variables message.

Can anyone suggest anything to try? I am on the latest hubitat version.

Have you tried rebooting your device?
Have you tried loading your dashboard url from a different browser on the same device or a different device?
The fully app has logs, what do those say?

I have 5 android (android os 5 - 13 ) devices running fully 1.59.2 that all work fine w/ hubitat

I have this problem once a week with one of my dashboards that is super complex (and I think there's a memory leak in the browser). I am generally able to resolve it by doing a daily fully kiosk browser restart (there's a REST API for FKR):
/?cmd=restartApp&password=[pass]

but this requires an FKR cloud license.

However, once I moved to a Samsung Tablet, I have far fewer problems than with the Amazon devices.
FKR documentation on API:

I have rebooted with no luck, updated Fully, and the dashboard loads in chrome on the same device. I will look at the logs, didnt realize there were logs.

I run Fully on 5 tablets, 2 are FireHD.
No issues at all. I did note Fully pushed an update yesterday or this morning?
One of my Sammy tablets was closed and I had to open Fully again to a welcome/se the updates screen.

Ok thanks, Must be something on my end. It happened right after an update to the Hub. I will keep trying.

I havent been able to find any logs

Are you not paying for plus?

Considering the dashboard loads in chrome on the same device

Thanks, set the remote admin console up. No errors in the logs

the only place the dashboard url doesnt work is fully correct? Other than un/reinstalling the app, idk what to tell you.

I encountered this problem today after upgrading my C8 hub to 2.4.3.177
The FK log indicated a problem with the dashboard page Javascript.
"TypeError: e.forEach is not a function

I tried rebooting the tablets (Amazon 5th Gen Kindles) and also adding Javascript to restart hung sessions. Nothing worked.
The only thing that did work is changing the start URL to the Cloud dashboards, which isn't the best idea.

I downgraded my hub to 2.4.0.151 and both of my kiosk tablets work normally with the local dashboards.

Yea i gave up, still doesnt work for me since upgrading, something clearly changed on Hubitat side

l really can't help :frowning:
But just adding that I use Fully on 5 tablets (for years) and am a beta tester.
I can say that all the way to the latest beta builds my Fully's have functioned perfectly so there may be another answer somewhere, or a combination of things, other than solely Hubitat.
