Used, good condition working CIBGU gateway with DC adapter. I removed this from my Chamberlain account, so should be ready to go for a new owner. $20 shipped.
Did you go with a different solution?
Yeah I ended up using an extra z-wave relay that I had laying around from another project and wiring it in to my opener button, trying to keep everything local. Once I had that installed this gateway was redundant.

Perhaps Ebay will give you better luck for a sale? Lots of bad reviews around here for MyQ. I have a local option as well and love it. Much more reliable.
