Highly recommend a coral. I am using Frigate in proxmox and it's extremely fast with a Google coral.

I am not sure if there is an integration with Hubitat. I don't use Hubitat for frigate. Currently I am using Home Assistant to notify me with picture but you can use MQTT with Hubitat I think.

Yes, indeed! I do this for Scrypted NVR. I bring events into Hubitat as motion sensors using MQTT.
