Apologies if this is asking a little too much, but I can't code to save my life.
I'm looking for some guidance to allow me to essentially scroll down a page of times (i.e. day by hour), and alter the associated temperature (or variable) using am up/down arrow or the like.
eg.
Kitchen

TIME TEMP
0000-0001 6 [up arrow] [down arrow] [save]
0100-0200 8 [up arrow] [down arrow] [save]
