Got this in Australia late last year maybe, couldn't believe it either.
No go for Canada.
They ran this in the UK towards the end of last year, I have a family subscription for YT premium, mostly because I've been a Play Music subscriber for years. Ended up with three free "nest home minis", they're a decent upgrade on the first gen units, I'm sat in my study as I type this listening to music on the mini, previously I'd have to output through a speaker to be able to do that and I'm certainly not an audiophile.
Definitely worth taking advantage of you're in a position to do so.
