I was at the local Ace hardware store looking for things to help me with wire management and stumbled upon a neat little mount that was supposed to be used for a mop or broom. I had a C7 in my pocket for some reason and inserted it into the mount. It grabbed securely so I placed this in the hallway. It stuck to a painted wall with no problems and allows me to remove the device quickly if needed. It does not cut off air flow and allowed me to keep the one antenna in use vertical.
Just an idea if you want something quick and easy. I ripped off the label using alien tape on the old c7 last time. This way I keep the label and venting.
Things get weird in a hardware store when you find refuge in browsing items in order to get away from the real world! My wife calls it retail therapy. I call it serenity.
awesome! I was referring to the end of the Seinfeld episode where George's dad Frank is in the garage and Estelle abandons all safety and rams the car into the stall. Frank yells Hoochie Mamma instead of Serenity NOW! Giddyup!
