Found 2 smalls bugs just getting started

As a hack/work around I:

1. created a "Virtual Dimmer"
2. Rule engine for on

3. Rule engine for off

4. Placed my Virtual Dimmer on the Dashboard

Now working as expected - but I think the real fix would be to create a new driver.

There are literally dozens of user made zwave dimmer/switch drivers out there to use as a starting point. Go for it.
