Is there any possibility of getting a driver for this device in a future update? I can add the sensor to the system but none of the available generic moisture or water alarm settings work. Here are some particulars about the sensor.
Thanks,
Dave

I have one of these sensors as well. I've recently converted from Smarthings that had some support for the Fortrezz sensor. I'd like to see support from Hubitat.
Last I heard from Bobby in support was on Jul 11 2019.
"forwarded your request to our engineering team for future consideration"
Have not heard anything since then,
The Generic Z-Wave Water Sensor does provide moisture information. I guess that's the most important data. I tested it and indeed it works OK. The Smartthings Fortrezz driver also provided temperature. I had the Fortrezz installed under a water heater in my attic. Several years ago an older heater leaked and spilled water on a grand piano below. That's when I installed the sensor.
I also like the temperature reports to monitor heat in the attic. I live in Texas. Attic temps can exceed 130 so I have some fans controlled by an Aeotec temp sensor. The Fortrezz provided another temp sensor to confirm accuracy of the measurements.
The device type is set to Generic Z-Wave Water Sensor. I did not do anything else. I have not tested the unit again since I first installed Hubitat. The Fortrezz used to be installed under a water heater in my attic. I would get moisture alerts when the temperature dropped quickly and condensation would form in the overflow pan under the heater. So the device I have is VERY sensitive. I now have the Fortrezz installed inside the house under a different heater. The temperature is much more constant and I've received no alerts since I moved the sensor.
I suppose it's possible that the generic device driver has changed since I tested. What is more likely is that the unit you have may have a hardware issue. Did you actually put the device in some shallow water to test it?
I tested it with a damp rag and it did finally trip and shut my water main as designed but the sensors don't seem to report in as often as they did on smartthings so I was concerned....
This is probably OBE for the original poster, but for anyone else searching the forum...
I made the usual modifications to this SmartThings DTH, and now I have temperature reporting on my WWA02AA sensor. The DTH was written for the WWA01AA sensor, but the only difference between those devices is a change from a buzzer to an LED on the device itself. The driver seems to work fine, and I tested it for temperature and moisture.
I still have these WWA02AA sensors, thought I would try your driver as one can never have too many water leak sensors. Tried to add driver and got a pile of errors. Does this work with Hubitat C4?
Hi,
Getting these errors in the logs, not sure what the issue is. If anyone has an idea, I'd be grateful.
Thanks,
